1. Who we are
The lupacro.com website (the “Site”) and Lupa services are provided by SYNSOFT SRL, IDNO 1012609002317, registered at MD-4401, or. Călărași, str-la Doina 1, 3, Republic of Moldova, email contact@lupacro.com. By using the Site, you agree to these terms.
2. Our services
We offer conversion rate optimization (CRO), page design and online store development. The descriptions and “starting at” prices on the Site are indicative and are not a binding offer. The exact scope, timeline and final price are agreed for each project in a written offer or contract.
3. The free section
- We offer at most one free section per store.
- The 2-business-day timeline is an estimate and starts once we have all the information we need.
- We may decline a request, for example if the store isn’t live or isn’t a fit for our services.
- The free section comes with no obligation and does not automatically lead to a paid contract.
4. Payment and invoicing
Paid services are invoiced by SYNSOFT SRL according to the accepted offer or contract. Payment method, any deposit and payment deadlines are set out in the offer or contract.
5. Intellectual property
- The Site’s text, design, graphics and code belong to us and may not be copied without our written consent.
- For materials created specifically for you (designs, reports, code), you get the right to use them for your business once paid in full, unless the contract says otherwise.
- We only show client work in our portfolio with the client’s consent.
- The “Before / After” examples on the Site are illustrative and show a made-up demo store (“mira”), not a real client.
6. Results
Our recommendations are based on best practice and experience, but a store’s results also depend on factors outside our control: traffic, product, price, competition or season. That’s why we don’t guarantee any specific increase in conversion or sales.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit. Our total liability for a project is limited to the amount paid for that project. The Site is provided “as is”; we do our best to keep information accurate and up to date, but we can’t guarantee the Site will run without interruption.
8. Confidentiality
We treat business information you share with us during a project (for example sales figures or platform access) as confidential and use it only for that project. For personal data, see our Privacy policy.
9. External links
The Site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. We try to resolve any disagreement amicably; if we can’t, disputes are settled by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights granted by the law of your country of residence.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the last update date at the top. The terms are available in Romanian, English and Russian; if they differ, the Romanian version prevails.
